ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN (Production Line)

Job Scope

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic & robotic components.
• Install wiring, components, perform kitting, setup, alignment & calibration.
• Read and follow engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, BOM & work instructions.
• Use hand tools, power tools, torque wrench & basic measuring instruments.
• Check finished assembly dan identify any defects or quality issues.
• Report technical/quality issues to Senior Technician or Engineer.
• Update production records using Oracle / shopfloor system.
• Follow cleanroom, ESD, quality & safety procedures.
• Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing & continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / SKM / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics or related field.
• Around 1–3 years of relevant assembly experience.
• Able to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics & BOM.
• Comfortable using hand tools, torque tools & measuring equipment.
• Experience in semiconductor, robotics, EMS, medical devices, precision engineering or cleanroom is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, responsible & quality-conscious.
• Basic English communication and able to work as a team.
• Current employment minimum 6 months boleh apply.

IMPORTANT – Rotating Shift

Must be fully flexible to work on rotating shifts depending on production requirements and assigned product line.
