Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Executive role based in Singapore. The Digital Marketing Executive will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email and web channels to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities include managing social media calendars, producing web and social content aligned with brand guidelines, and monitoring campaign performance using digital and web analytics tools. The role will also involve coordinating with internal teams and external partners on promotions, product launches, and content development, as well as supporting online reputation management and customer engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure all digital touchpoints reflect Estetica’s brand values and deliver a consistent, data-informed customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Marketing, with experience in digital campaign planning, brand positioning, and customer acquisition or retention strategies.
• Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, content creation, community management, and platform-specific optimization.
• Proficiency in Web Content Writing, with the ability to craft clear, engaging and brand-consistent content for websites, landing pages, and email campaigns.
• Familiarity with beauty, skincare, or wellness industries is an advantage, along with a genuine interest in science-backed beauty solutions.
• Comfort with basic design or content management tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools, CMS platforms) and understanding of SEO principles is beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent practical experience.
