Position: Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you enjoy meeting clients, visiting project sites, developing business opportunities, and building long-term customer relationships, we would like to hear from you.

This role is suitable for candidates with experience in the construction or building industry who are passionate about sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and building industry.
• Conduct regular client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements and identify potential opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, architects, MCSTs, property managers, and building owners.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions, and follow up with clients.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination and customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and project pipeline updates.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
• Perform other sales and business development duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant sales experience is preferred. Experience in the construction, building materials, building maintenance, or related industry will be an advantage.
• Candidates with construction-related knowledge or site experience are encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable conducting site visits and meeting clients at project locations.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license is an advantage but not mandatory.
