Job Description

Responsibilities

  • This role supports complaint and enquiries management ,dealer coordination ,technical follow up , and digital community engagement .
  • Strong problem -solving and critical thinking skills to efffectively handle customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre role , preferably in the call centre and customer service industry.
  • Customer -focused mindset with empathy and patience.
  • Pleasant personality and able to interact with people at all levels.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
