Job Description

• Handle customer enquiries, request pricing from prospects, and prepare and follow up on sales quotations.
• Check and process all sales orders received.
• Liaise with the Sales and Logistics teams to coordinate deliveries.
• Perform data entry for new SKUs and verify measurement units with customers before confirmation.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
