Job Summary:
The Forklift Driver will be responsible for operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The role requires adherence to all safety guidelines and efficient execution of material handling tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Forklift Operation: Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move products and materials throughout the warehouse and other locations as required.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies.
• Loading and Unloading: Efficiently load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring that products are handled carefully to avoid damage.
• Material Handling: Move materials and products to storage or production areas as needed, ensuring proper stacking and organization.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues.
• Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for the movement and storage of products, including shipping and receiving logs.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing regular housekeeping duties and adhering to company cleanliness standards.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Assist with other warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a forklift driver or in a similar role within a warehouse or industrial setting.
• Valid forklift operator certification.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
• Safety-conscious and responsible.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
