Duties and Responsibilities: -

• Duties and Responsibilities: -
• Perform assembly related tasks for unit under workstation provided by Company.
• Troubleshoot assembly unit, perform rework for minor assembly failure unit.
• Perform assembly cycle with correct sequent as per PMS Work Instruction.
• Perform Assembly fixture daily cleaning cycle per Work Instruction
• Perform 5S at Assembly Work Benches before start of Shift work.
• Organized Assembly tools and equipment per standard for before and after used.
• Promote and support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities in Manufacturing.
• Schedule, complete, and document routine maintenance on applicable manufacturing an assembly equipment.
• Read schematics, assembly drawings and data sheets in performing assembly, building fixtures and trouble-shooting equipment.
• Assist in failure analysis, troubleshooting, rework/repair of non-conforming manufactured product in determining root cause.
• Generate detailed Failure Analysis Reports as required

Requirements:

• Technician Diploma
• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing or related field.
• Excellent working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment, especially RF Matching Networks and Generators.
• Proficient with LabVIEW, C++, Excel Automation and macros.
• Teamwork approach to work. This includes working with Production, Engineering,
• Purchasing, Warehouse/Logistics to meet the business needs
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written).
• High proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Maintain 5S and high motivation to achieve goals.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Creative and analytical skills.
• Enjoy working with people.
• Self-motivated and flexible individual able to function in a high energy, fast paced team environment with minimal direction.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
