• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive mall traffic, engagement and tenant sales.
• Manage the mall’s social media platforms, website and digital content, including posts, videos and promotional materials.
• Plan and coordinate digital promotions, festive campaigns, events and tenant-led marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, social media engagement, website traffic and customer response, preparing regular reports and insights.
• Manage digital advertising campaigns, including Meta, Google and other relevant platforms, within approved budgets.
• Collaborate with tenants, agencies and creative partners to strengthen the mall’s online presence and brand visibility.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication or related field.
• 3years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in mall or retail.
• Hands-on experience with social media management, digital advertising and content creation.
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads/Analytics, Canva and other digital marketing tools.
• Creative, analytical and commercially driven, with strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
