We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support our Marketing team in executing digital marketing campaigns.

Here Are The Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Set up and monitor digital marketing campaigns according to the marketing plan.
• Monitor basic campaign performance such as CPL, CTR, CPM, leads and conversions.
• Assist in optimising campaigns based on performance and instructions from the Marketing team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.
• Assist in testing different audiences, ad copies, creatives and campaign settings.
• Monitor ad performance and identify ads that are performing well or poorly.
• Work with the Content and Creative team to develop suitable marketing creatives and ad materials.
• Assist in conducting basic market and audience research.
• Monitor leads and registrations generated from digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist in managing retargeting campaigns.
• Ensure campaign links, UTM and basic tracking are properly implemented.
• Work closely with the Sales team to understand lead quality and campaign results.
• Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, tools and platform updates.
• Support other digital marketing activities and campaigns assigned by the Marketing Manager or Senior Performance Marketing Specialist.

Desired Skills & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
• Basic experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of TikTok Ads or Google Ads is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of CPL, CTR, CPM, leads and conversion rate.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing funnels and lead generation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with numbers and reports.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Experience in training, education, consulting, events or high-ticket services is an advantage.
