• Manage and maintain online stores (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, website, Zalora)
• Upload and update product listings (descriptions, pricing, images, stock)
• Monitor daily sales performance and order processing
• Ensure accurate inventory sync across all platforms
• Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on online platforms
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for order fulfilment
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms
• Manage social media accounts (content posting, engagement, replies)
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
• Create marketing content including posters, captions, short videos, and product visuals
• Work with designers or independently produce content for campaigns
• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and current trends.
• Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and sales events (e.g. 11.11, 12.12)
• Coordinate vouchers, discounts, bundles, and pricing strategies
• Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
• Track and analyze sales data, conversion rates, and customer behaviour
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and marketing performance.
• Maintain company website (Shopify or others)
• Ensure product information is accurate and updated
• Assist in improving user experience and conversion rate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
