Responsibilities
About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and highly experienced Tiler Supervisor to strictly oversee end-to-end tiling, wet works, and structural finishing across high-end commercial, landed, and condominium projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Strict Quality & Technical Control: Inspect and enforce zero-tolerance standards for alignment, floor gradients, joint tolerances, waterproofing integrity, and premium tile finishes.
On-Site Execution & Demolition: Direct daily site operations, including heavy tile hacking, structural sub-floor screeding, compound waterproofing, and complex tiling layouts.
Blueprint & Technical VO Compliance: Interpret intricate architectural blueprints, structural elevation drawings, and complex Variation Orders (VOs) with absolute precision.
Advanced Material Engineering: Calculate precise material yields, manage site inventory, and eliminate material wastage under strict budget constraints.
Workforce & Subcontractor Leadership: Rigorously manage site workers and sub-contractors to enforce tight deadlines and strict Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
Defect Management & Reporting: Identify technical flaws instantly, execute immediate defect rectifications, and deliver daily progress reports to Project Managers.
