Role Summary

This role involves independently supporting business-critical applications, encompassing responsibilities across development, production support, release activities, and continuous improvement. The incumbent will work closely with stakeholders to ensure system stability and service continuity while mentoring and guiding a mid-to-senior-level developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Support: Independently support business-critical applications, including investigating and resolving production issues.
• Release Management: Manage and support application release activities to ensure smooth deployments.
• Mentorship: Mentor and guide a mid-to-senior-level developer, fostering technical growth and best practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system stability, service continuity, and alignment with business needs.
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability.

Required Skills

• Core Development: Strong experience in Angular and .NET development.
• CMS Experience: Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• SDLC Knowledge: Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing, and deployment processes.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Proven experience in production support and issue troubleshooting.
• Communication: Strong communication capabilities to effectively interact with technical and non-technical
