About Us

We're a livehouse — an intimate live music venue dedicated to bringing unforgettable performances to our community. From emerging local acts to touring artists, our stage is where music comes alive. We're looking for a passionate, creative

PR Manager

to help us grow our brand, build media relationships, and pack the house for every show.

The Role

As PR Manager, you'll be the voice of our venue to the outside world. You'll craft compelling stories about our shows, artists, and events, build strong relationships with press and media, and drive buzz that turns first-time visitors into regulars.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute PR strategies for shows, events, and venue announcements

Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and artist spotlights

Build and maintain relationships with music journalists, bloggers, influencers, and local media outlets

Coordinate interviews, features, and press coverage for touring and resident artists

Manage the venue's public image and act as a spokesperson when needed

Collaborate with the marketing/social media team to align PR efforts with campaigns

Plan and execute press nights, media previews, and launch events

Monitor media coverage and manage the venue's reputation, including crisis communication when necessary

Track PR performance and report on media reach, coverage quality, and campaign impact

Stay on top of local music, nightlife, and entertainment trends to spot press opportunities

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in PR, communications, or media relations (music/entertainment/hospitality industry preferred)

Strong writing and storytelling skills — you can turn a Tuesday night gig into a must-see event

Existing network of media contacts in music, culture, or local press is a big plus

Comfortable working nights/weekends around show schedules

Genuine passion for live music and venue culture

Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

Experience handling press during high-pressure or time-sensitive situations

Nice to Have

Experience working with touring artists, labels, or booking agents

Familiarity with social media and content trends

Photography/videography appreciation for capturing shareable moments

Why Join Us

Front-row access to incredible live music, every week

A tight-knit, creative team that lives and breathes music culture

Real ownership over how our venue is seen and talked about

Opportunities to grow with an expanding local music scene
