Company Overview

The client is a growing maid agency in Singapore specializing in the placement of Foreign Domestic Workers (FDWs) for local households, ensuring compliance with Singapore's employment agency regulations and providing comprehensive support to clients and workers.

Job Summary

You will manage the end-to-end placement of Foreign Domestic Workers (FDWs) for local households, ensuring compliance with Singapore’s regulatory standards and delivering excellent client and worker support throughout the employment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and match suitable FDWs to employers based on household needs to ensure optimal placement outcomes
• Advise clients on application procedures, documentation, and pre-employment requirements aligned with current manpower regulations
• Manage employment contracts, work pass applications, and coordinate FDW settlement activities such as medical checks and orientation
• Provide ongoing support to employers and FDWs, including conflict resolution and contract renewal facilitation to maintain positive relationships
• Maintain accurate and compliant client and FDW records in accordance with industry regulations
• Ensure all transactions and processes comply with Singapore’s employment agency laws and uphold ethical standards
• Work weekends or public holidays as required to meet client needs and regulatory deadlines

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) license or be actively enrolled/planning to secure the CEI license

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior sales experience in a maid agency or service industry to enhance client engagement and placement success
• Strong knowledge of FDW placement procedures, work pass applications, and related documentation to support efficient processing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills applied in client and FDW interactions
• Bilingual proficiency in English plus a second language (e.g., Tagalog, Burmese, Bahasa Indonesia, Hindi) to facilitate communication with diverse clients and workers
