Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices
• Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
• Installing and configuring appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
• Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
• Other job task that assigns by IT Manager/Head of department

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science & Technology, or a related field.
• Required skill(s): IT Hardware Knowledge.
• Preferred skill(s): Formatting PC/Notebook.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Ampang.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
