Admin/General Affairs Supervisor | Basic up to RM 7,000 l 5.5 days | Kapar, Selangor

Position: Admin/General Affairs Supervisor (Testing department)
Company Background: Data Center Engineering Company
Working Location: Kapar, Selangor
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm
Salary Range: Basic RM6,000~RM7,000

Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for collection, compilation, proofreading and filing of electrical & MEP test documents; standardize management of project technical documents and test reports to ensure complete and traceable records.
· Track progress of testing projects, control document submission milestones, liaise with internal and external parties, coordinate document circulation and affairs to ensure smooth project delivery.
· Manage daily administration, site affairs and logistics coordination for overseas team, ensure orderly office and project operations.
· Assist in optimizing standardized management procedures for project documents and general affairs, improve the standardization of project management.
· Responsible for inventory, allocation, calibration, maintenance and asset records of testing instruments, testing accessories and load bank equipment to ensure adequate testing resources for project execution.
· Manage testing consumables, tools and project materials, including procurement follow-up, shipment, return and inventory control.

Job Requirements
· Diploma or above. Major in Electrical, MEP, Automation is preferred; Administration or Secretarial background with engineering working experience is also acceptable.
· 2-3 years working experience in engineering documentation or project general affairs. Experience in data center, electrical testing or overseas projects will be an advantage.
· Able to compile project reports independently; proficient in Office suite and Excel data processing.
· Meticulous, responsible and execution-oriented, with strong communication, coordination and overall planning capabilities.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
