Wilayah Food Trading Hiring! Full Time Operation and Safety Executive in Johor, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily production and operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Supervise and coordinate the Maintenance Team, including preventive maintenance, breakdowns and repair activities.
• Coordinate daily activities of Boiler and WWTP teams and ensure safe working practices.
• Monitor workplace safety, housekeeping, PPE compliance and safe work procedures.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and assist in HIRARC, incident investigation and corrective actions.
• Coordinate toolbox meetings, safety briefings and safety awareness programmes.
• Monitor machinery, chemical handling, boiler and WWTP safety requirements.
• Maintain operation, maintenance and safety records and prepare regular reports.
• Assist in DOSH/JKKP inspections, audits and other regulatory matters.
• Work closely with Production, Maintenance, QA, HR and Management to resolve operational and safety issues.
• Act as OSH Coordinator (OSH-C) where formally appointed by the Company.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Occupational Safety & Health, Manufacturing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, maintenance or safety-related functions.
• Experience in supervising maintenance personnel is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of HIRARC, machinery safety, chemical handling and workplace safety.
• Experience in food manufacturing, slaughtering, boiler or WWTP environment is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours when required.
• OSH-C training/certification or Green Book SHO is an added advantage.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
