Responsibilities
The Airlines Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the airline's sales efforts. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with the sales team, providing administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Manage and maintain customer databases, including contact information, sales history, and account information.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other sales-related materials.
Coordinate travel arrangements for sales teams, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Assist with the planning and execution of sales events, such as trade shows and conferences.
Track sales leads and opportunities, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Generate reports on sales performance and other key metrics.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and travel agents.
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Administrative Support:
Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and processing expense reports.
Ensure compliance with all relevant sales policies and procedures.
