Responsibilities

Join our team and get hands-on experience with real Meta Ads campaigns, AI-powered marketing and performance-driven strategies. You’ll work on campaigns that generate leads and sales while exploring how AI can make digital marketing smarter and more effective.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, launch & optimise Meta Ads campaigns to generate leads and sales.
  • Monitor ad budgets, campaign performance, leads & key metrics.
  • Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities to improve ROI and results.
  • Use ChatGPT, Claude & other AI tools for copywriting, content ideas, research and marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop and test ad creatives, content & campaign ideas.
  • Develop marketing strategies for Facebook, Instagram & TikTok.
  • Keep up with the latest AI, Meta Ads, e-commerce & social media trends.

We're Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business or related fields.
  • Experience with Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, e-commerce or performance marketing is highly encouraged.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Interested in AI, digital marketing, paid advertising & performance marketing.
  • Analytical, proactive and results-driven.
  • Creative and willing to test new ideas.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
