THE ROLE

As Assistant Manager of the Day Club Lounge, you help lead one of the most relaxed and uplifting spaces in the CÉ LA VI experience. You’ll coach and inspire your team to anticipate needs, remember the little details and go the extra mile for every guest — turning a great afternoon into a truly memorable one. It’s a hands-on leadership role for a home-grown brand born in Singapore and now open around the world.

YOU'RE THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR IF YOU...

• Bring at least 5 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, ideally in day clubs, beach clubs, lounges or nightlife
• Take pride in service excellence and set the standard for your team, every single shift
• Genuinely enjoy developing people — coaching and feedback come naturally
• Anticipate guest needs and love creating thoughtful, personal moments that exceed expectations
• Handle feedback and service recovery with warmth, calm and confidence — always hands-on on the floor
