Job Overview

We are looking for an Aviation Security Specialist to support the delivery and coordination of security services within aviation-related environments. The role will work closely with operations teams, clients, and relevant stakeholders to maintain consistent service standards and support day-to-day security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of aviation security services and operational activities.
• Conduct routine reviews of security procedures and service requirements.
• Assist with security assessments, incident documentation, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor operational activities to ensure services are delivered in accordance with established requirements.
• Work closely with security personnel and operations teams to address day-to-day operational matters.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and relevant security documentation.
• Assist with internal inspections, service reviews, and compliance-related activities.
• Coordinate with clients and relevant stakeholders on operational requirements.
• Support security awareness and refresher training for operational personnel.
• Identify areas for service improvement and assist with implementing appropriate follow-up actions.
• Prepare regular operational updates and reports for management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Aviation, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in aviation security, private security services, security operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Good understanding of security operations and service procedures.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Able to work effectively with operational teams and clients.
• Comfortable working in a structured and service-oriented environment.
• Proficient in English and common office applications.
• Relevant security certifications or industry training will be an advantage.
