️ HIRING: FULL-TIME SECURITY CENTRE FLEX SUPERVISOR
ARSLAN SRS Singapore
Position: Security Centre Flex Supervisor
Salary: $6,350 – $7,050/month
Employment: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
Public Holidays: Excluded
On-Call: After-hours on-call support required
JOB ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Security Centre Flex Supervisor to provide operational leadership within the APAC Security Operations Centre. The role focuses on operational readiness, security operations, incident response, emergency operations and Global Security initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and oversee Control Centre shift teams
• Supervise daily security operations and shift readiness
• Support team performance and training
• Lead and coordinate incident response and crisis management
• Support Global Security emergency operations
• Communicate with senior stakeholders and executive leadership
• Ensure quality of incident reports, updates, briefings and documentation
• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational consistency
• Backfill Shift Supervisor duties during contingencies or emergencies
• Oversee security technologies including CCTV, Access Control and Incident Management Systems
REQUIREMENTS
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Law Enforcement, Military/Intelligence, GSOC/APAC Security Operations Centre or equivalent private-sector security operations
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong leadership, decision-making and incident management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
