Responsibilities
- Liaise with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals
- Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring that projects remain within scope, schedule, and budget
- Analyze project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope or timeline to achieve optimal results
- Assign roles and tasks to team members based on their individual strengths and abilities
- Help build the skill sets of team members and share learnings with other employees
- Achieve organizational goals while adhering to standards and best practices
- Experience in coordinating teams and clients
- Assisting in the development of project plans and objectives to ensure goal attainment within defined parameters
- Coordinating and managing project tasks and deliverables and tracking progress
- Organizing, attending and participating in project meetings and stakeholder meetings
- Preparing necessary presentation materials and reports for meetings
- Ensuring that project deadlines are met and communicating any potential risks or delays
- Providing administrative support as needed and managing project-related paperwork
