Key Responsibilities

• Documentation: Preparing and processing essential paperwork such as Bills of Lading (BOL), commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
• Order Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and labeling products according to customer requirements and delivery schedules.
• Tracking & Coordination: Liaising with freight forwarders, couriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS), and internal departments to track shipment status and resolve delays.
• Inventory Management: Assisting with stock-taking, updating ERP or warehouse management systems (like SAP or Oracle), and maintaining stockroom accuracy.
• Receiving Goods: Inspecting incoming shipments for damage, verifying quantities against purchase orders, and arranging them in designated storage areas

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
