· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process which includes sourcing of resumes, screening and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews and participating in selection process.

· Source candidates through portals, headhunting, social media and the internal referral program.

· Establish and maintain good relationships with colleges, universities and private campus/school. Plan and carry out on-campus recruiting events.

· Develop a network of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to have a quick turnaround time.

· Develop and support recruiting activities that build relationships with internal groups to ensure that diverse recruiting resources are tapped into.

· Research trends in recruitment techniques and track hiring results on designated recruiting events and job postings.

· Manage and develop offers in line with approved guidelines and negotiate offers with candidates

· Develop, support and maintain employment advertising, college recruiting, and internship programs as required

· Conduct required background/reference checks for prospective candidates.

· Talent acquisition reporting and analysis as and when required.

· Facilitate proactive business partnerships with key business leaders and hiring managers to gain inputs and support for the acquisition of high-quality talent to the business.

· Demonstrate business acumen with HR knowledge to advise business leaders on best practices on recruitment and external recruitment market conditions, measures to improve employee retention etc.

· Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)

· Support the implementation of overall recruitment strategy across Penang & Kedah.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
