PY Cold Chain Hiring! Full Time Production Executive in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 3,500 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities according to production schedules.
• Ensure production targets, timelines, and output requirements are achieved.
• Monitor the production process and ensure products are manufactured according to approved specifications and procedures.
• Coordinate with R&D, QA/QC, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Monitor the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, manpower, and production equipment.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor production records, batch records, inventory usage, and other relevant documentation.
• Ensure production areas, equipment, and work processes comply with GMP, food safety, hygiene, and company requirements.
• Identify production issues, delays, wastage, or quality concerns and take appropriate corrective action.
• Monitor production efficiency, wastage, and material usage to improve productivity and control costs.
• Coordinate and supervise production operators and ensure they follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular checks on production equipment and coordinate with maintenance teams when necessary.
• Assist in production planning, new product trials, process improvement, and product scale-up.
• Support internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements when required.
• Prepare regular production reports and provide updates to management.
• Perform other production-related duties and projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Preferably 2–4 years of experience in food manufacturing, herbal products, supplements, FMCG, or related industries.
• Experience in production planning and manufacturing processes will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and production hygiene requirements.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Willing to work closely with production operators and other departments.
• Good attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility.

Pay: RM2,000.33 - RM3,500.00 per month
