Yixin Precisionis a vibrant company which was established in 1995 and incorporated as aprivate company in 2001. We provide services in mold making, plastic injectionmolding and assembly. Mold making include specialty mold for metal injectionmolding (MIM) and die casting molds. The end molded components could be use fordisposable medical devices or microfluidics chips.

QA ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a group of QA Inspectors and provide technical guidance on inspection and quality-related issues.
  • Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and Validation for new and modified products.
  • Support MSA / Gauge R&R, calibration and measurement system activities.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications and GD&T requirements.
  • Establish and monitor SPC, Cp/Cpk and process capability for critical characteristics.
  • Investigate internal quality issues, process defects and customer complaints.
  • Implement and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Monitor quality trends, scrap, rejection and rework, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support customer, supplier, internal and external quality audits.
  • Prepare quality reports, analysis and presentations for management and customers.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Engineering, Quality Engineering or related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of relevant QA / Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in plastic injection molding will be highly advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.
  • Experience with CMM / Vision Measurement Systems is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SPC, Cp/Cpk, MSA and Gauge R&R.
  • Experience with FAI / PPAP / PFMEA / Control Plan will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 / ISO 13485 will be an advantage.
  • Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team.
