Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Clerk role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. The Administrative Clerk will handle daily clerical tasks such as managing correspondence, filing documents, preparing basic reports, and maintaining organized physical and digital records. The role includes answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and supporting lawyers and executive staff with document preparation and administrative coordination. The Administrative Clerk will assist with data entry, photocopying, scanning, and other office support tasks to ensure smooth operations. The position requires consistent attention to detail, adherence to confidentiality, and proactive support for the firm’s legal and administrative activities.
