Job Responsibilities

• Promote assigned products and introduce them to potential customers
• Attend to customers and assist with their product enquiries
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products
• Explain product features, benefits and current promotions
• Work towards achieving the required sales performance
• Maintain proper product presentation and ensure the display area is tidy
• Assist with product arrangement and stock replenishment when required
• Provide sales updates and communicate any outlet-related matters to the supervisor

Job Requirements

• Experience in sales, retail or promoter roles will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident when approaching and interacting with customers
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Able to work towards sales targets and take initiative
• Comfortable working with outlet staff and as part of a team
