We're looking for an experienced kitchen professional who can take greater ownership of back-of-house performance and cost control.

Your Kitchen Background:

• Mandarin speaker
• Experience as a Kitchen Supervisor, Chef de Partie or similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of food safety & kitchen hygiene
• Able to monitor food quality and portion standards
• Experience with inventory planning & kitchen cost control
• Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
• Familiar with kitchen equipment & basic troubleshooting
• Basic computer / kitchen management system skills
• Able to make decisions during busy service periods
• Detail-oriented, responsible and comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen

What You'll Keep Under Control:

• Check dish portions, presentation & quality consistency
• Monitor customer feedback related to food quality
• Maintain kitchen hygiene & food-safety standards
• Inspect equipment, utensils and kitchen facilities
• Monitor equipment condition and maintenance needs
• Plan daily, weekly & monthly ingredient requirements
• Check incoming stock for correct quality & quantity
• Allocate ingredients and materials to kitchen teams
• Improve kitchen output and operational efficiency
• Reduce unnecessary food and operating costs
• Support stronger gross profit through better kitchen controls
