Job Summary

Operate and program CNC milling machines to produce precision parts, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while performing routine machine maintenance and verifying workpiece conformance.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision parts according to specifications
• Prepare CNC programs to control machine operations and optimize production efficiency
• Verify that workpieces conform to technical specifications and quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines to ensure operational reliability
• Follow quality control procedures, maintain a clean work environment, and adhere to safety practices

Required competencies and certifications

• Nitec / Higher Nitec or equivalent certificate in Precision Machining
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machining, programming, and machine setup/operation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
