Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Business Analyst to join our Digital Transformation and Data & AI Practice. The successful candidate will work closely with enterprise customers to identify business challenges, define digital solutions, and drive successful implementation of solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform , Microsoft Fabric , and Azure AI Foundry .
This role requires a strong combination of business consulting, stakeholder management, data analytics, and solution design capabilities. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood, documented, and translated into effective digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Consulting
Engage with customers to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Conduct workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions with business stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation, analytics, and AI.
Develop business cases, functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation.
Facilitate requirement prioritization and solution validation sessions.
Design secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), automation, data, and cloud technologies.
Define end-to-end solution architectures covering AI platforms, enterprise integration, data flows, security, governance, MLOps/LLMOps, and operational sustainability.
Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs), prototypes, and solution blueprints to validate business and technical feasibility.
Evaluate solution options, delivery risks, costs, scalability, and ROI to ensure commercially viable and value-driven outcomes.
Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, cybersecurity requirements, regulatory obligations, and responsible AI governance principles.
Contribute to AI practice development by creating reusable solution assets, sharing market insights, mentoring team members, and staying current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
Solution Design & Delivery
Work with solution architects and technical teams to design solutions based on Microsoft technologies.
Support the design and implementation of:
Microsoft Power Apps
Power Automate
Power BI
Microsoft Fabric
Azure AI Foundry
Generative AI and Copilot-related solutions
Assist in defining data requirements, analytics models, and AI use cases.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) planning and execution.
Client Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
Present business and technical concepts to customer stakeholders and management teams.
Support proposal development, pre-sales activities, and solution demonstrations.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status effectively.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
8+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Pre-Sales, Business Analysis, Digital Transformation, or related client-facing roles.
Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and intelligent automation.
Strong consultative mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into practical AI use cases and value-driven solutions.
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or equivalent cloud technologies.
Understanding of enterprise integration, data architecture, cybersecurity, governance, and responsible AI practices.
Hands-on experience with AI platforms and frameworks such as Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Dify, n8n, or similar technologies.
Mandated requirement for hands on with Microsoft related product such as PowerPlatform including PowerAutomate, PowerApps, AI Builder, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry.
Experience in Agile, Scrum project delivery methodologies. Take advantage with Certificates.
Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Experience delivering AI solutions from proof-of-concept through production deployment; Cantonese and/or Mandarin language skills and relevant AI or cloud certifications would be an advantage.
