Job Responsibilities

• Rotate between back-office Business Development duties and frontline roles at the Wellness Centre
• Handle client enquiries regarding medical services and obtain quotations from service providers
• Participate in on-site healthcare and wellness events
• Manage the Dietitian’s appointment schedule and deliver excellent on-site support during client visits
• Assist the Dietitian with health assessments and body composition analyses using specialized equipment
• Provide administrative support to the Business Development Department
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor or above in Business, Marketing, Health Science, Nutrition, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Customer-focused, friendly, approachable, and highly responsible.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, and data entry).
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
