We are looking for motivated and results-driven individual to join our growing property sales team.

Job Responsibilities

* Promote and sell residential property projects by Lagenda Properties Berhad.

* Attend to enquiries from leads, walk-in customers and referrals.

* Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable property options.

* Conduct project presentations and assist customers during sales gallery visits.

* Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

* Assist customers throughout the booking, loan application and documentation process.

* Maintain accurate customer records and update sales progress.

* Achieve individual monthly sales targets and KPIs.

* Participate in roadshows, property events and marketing activities.

* Build and maintain good relationships with customers, bankers and relevant parties.

Requirements

* Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent.

* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

* Experience in property, automotive, banking, insurance or other sales industries is an advantage.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident, proactive and target-driven.

* Able to work independently and as part of a team.

* Willing to learn and attend sales/product training.

* Own transportation is an advantage.
