Location: Near Pasir Panjang MRT / Woodlands
Working Days: 5 days/week
Working Hours: 9.00am – 7.00pm

Job Responsibilities

• Post recruitment advertisements on FastJobs, JobStreet, Facebook and other platforms
• Source and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates
• Arrange candidates for interviews
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Assist with recruitment-related administrative work and data entry
• Handle recruitment for driver and rider positions
• Work towards recruitment targets and company KPIs

Requirements

• Recruitment experience will be an advantage
• Candidates with Admin, Customer Service or Sales experience are welcome
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to communicate with candidates and clients
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and target-oriented
• Willing to learn and able to work independently
