Hiring: Cardlink Subject Matter Expert (Test Manager) | KL Onsite | 6+6 Months Contract

Location: Kuala Lumpur (Onsite)

Employment: 6+6 Months Contract

We are looking for a Cardlink Subject Matter Expert with strong test management capability and deep functional expertise in the Cardlink platform and Cards domain. This role leads end-to-end testing engagements for Cards initiatives within the IH2 portfolio, covering SIT, UAT, end-to-end testing, stakeholder coordination, defect governance, release readiness, and quality delivery.

What You Bring:

10+ years Banking and Financial Services experience

8+ years Test Management experience in the Cards domain

Strong functional expertise in Cardlink platform

End-to-end Cards lifecycle – issuance, maintenance, authorization, clearing & settlement, billing, reconciliation, transaction processing, dispute and chargeback management

Proven SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing experience

Strong stakeholder management – Business, Operations, Technology, and Vendor teams

Offshore and onsite testing team management

Defect management, risk management, and test governance experience

Prior UOB Cards experience – highly preferred

What You'll Do:

Own and drive overall test strategy, planning, estimation, execution, and governance for Cards initiatives

Act as primary functional SME for Cardlink-related testing and validation

Manage SIT, UAT, end-to-end, regression, and production verification testing

Collaborate with Business, BAs, Architects, Development, Operations, and Vendors for complete test coverage

Review business/system requirements – impact assessments, dependencies, testing scope

Lead defect triage sessions – drive timely resolution of critical and high-priority defects

Manage test environments, test data, execution progress, entry/exit criteria, and quality metrics

Track and report testing KPIs, risks, issues, dependencies, and release readiness

Ensure compliance with UOB testing standards, governance processes, and quality controls

Support deployment validation, post-production verification, and hypercare activities

Drive continuous improvement – automation, reusable assets, testing best practices
