Location: Taman Nong Chik

Working hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Job responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations and ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments, receipts, and related accounting documentation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting schedules.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ensure proper maintenance of accounting records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure accounting records and documents are properly maintained and filed.
• Process and maintain payroll records accurately and confidentially.
• Handle the full payroll process, including salary calculation and other payroll-related matters.
• Process and maintain payroll records accurately and confidentially.
• Handle general HR administrative tasks when necessary.

Requirements:

• SPM/Diploma in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting work experience.
• Must have hands-on experience in payroll processing.
• Candidates with full-set account experience are an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
