We belong to a conglomerate of companies that manufacture and distribute apparel and footwear products. Our office is in Lai Chi Kok (5 mins from MTR station) and is looking for:

Key responsibilities

• Full knowledge in I/E procedure, L/C TT, D/A banking documents and Tradelink

• Support shipment operations with Shipping Team in China

• Process all shipping documents to Bank and clients efficiently

• Enhancement and revamping the shipping structure and work flow

• Supervise the shipping Team in HK and good collaboration with other Teams

• Work closely with various internal Departments

• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned

About you

• 7 to 10 years experience in related field

• Proficiency in MS office and SAP is an advantage

• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Ability to work independently and possess a strong sense of responsibilities, well organized, attentive to details

• Good interpersonal and communication skill, good in collaboration

• Occasional travel to China factory (Dongguan) if necessary

• Immediate availability or within shorter notice periods will be preferred

• Candidate with lower qualification and/or less experience will be considered as Shipping Clerk
