Responsibilities
- Organise kickoff meeting and presentation on planned schedule and work scope.
- Maintain good working relationship with contractors and other subcontractors.
- Monitor the performance of subcontractors & quality of finished products.
- Plan schedule, expedite progress and to resolve late schedule/progress.
- Works with Operations team on deployment of manpower and necessary arrangement.
- Ad-hoc duties such as general administration duties, following up billing dispute with suppliers.
- Upkeep the Health and Safety standards, objectives and targets on all job site.
- Works closely together with the QC Manager to ensure that standards are met and compatible with the various job requirements.
