Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain engineering documents, drawings, BOMs, and records within document control, ERP, and PLM systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with project, engineering, and manufacturing teams to process document revisions, engineering change requests, and product specification updates.
Monitor document workflows, generate reports, track action items, and ensure timely distribution of updated documents to relevant stakeholders.
Support documentation processes by maintaining document control procedures, providing user training, and safeguarding confidential engineering information.
Requirements:
NITEC in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in
Document Control, Engineering Administration, or a Manufacturing environment.
Able to read and understand basic mechanical/electrical drawings, flow charts, and BOMs.
Familiar with Excel macros and able to perform basic VBA updates.
