About the role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our growing Commercial & Contracts team. The successful candidate will support project costing, subcontractor procurement, progress claims, variations and cost control for construction and interior fit-out projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates.

• Assist in preparation of project budgets and cost plans.

• Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.

• Prepare subcontractor comparison sheets and recommendations.

• Prepare progress claims and variation claims.

• Evaluate subcontractor claims.

• Track project committed and actual costs.

• Maintain project commercial documentation and records.

• Assist with monthly project cost reporting.

• Follow up variation orders and additional works with project teams.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Fresh graduates with strong interest in construction commercial management are welcome to apply.

• Experience in construction or interior fit-out will be an advantage.

• Able to read construction drawings and perform quantity take-offs.

• Good Microsoft Excel skills.

• Responsible, organised and willing to learn.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Able to work independently with guidance from senior team members.
