Responsibilities
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our warehouse and logistics operations.
Job Responsibilities
Process digital sales orders and ensure all order details are accurately recorded.
Arrange orders with the appropriate shipping courier/service provider based on the order’s weight, volume, value and delivery requirements.
Follow delivery and shipping instructions closely to ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on time.
Coordinate with the Digital and Warehouse teams to support smooth order processing, packing and delivery arrangements.
Update records and maintain proper filing and documentation.
Support the warehouse team with day-to-day administrative duties.
Assist with other logistics operations and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Organised and comfortable handling order processing, documentation and coordination with courier/service providers.
Able to work
Morning (9am to 3pm)
or
Afternoon (3.30pm to 5.30pm)
