Responsibilities
Site Operations & Progress Monitoring:
Oversee daily construction activities, track work schedules, and manage daily progress reports.
Team & Subcontractor Management:
Assign daily tasks, manage attendance or timecards, and coordinate different trade teams.
Quality & Technical Compliance:
Interpret blueprints, drawings, and method statements, and ensure work complies with Building and Construction Authority (BCA) standards and local codes.
Safety & Regulatory Enforcement:
Implement Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines, conduct toolbox meetings, and enforce the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with project managers, consultants, and authorities to resolve on-site technical discrepancies or material shortages
