Maxworth Minerals Hiring! Full Time Quality Control and Production Supervisor in Selangor - Ricebowl

Key Functions / duties:

• Day-to-day supervision of plant operations at Klang — manpower allocation, shift coordination, housekeeping and workplace discipline.

• Preparation and verification of Certificates of Analysis (COA) for dispatched lots; identification, segregation and disposition of non-conforming product.

• Maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 documented information for production and quality — inspection records, SOP adherence and calibration of test equipment

Work Experience required:

• Minimum 3–5 years in a plant, production or operations supervisory role — minerals processing, quarrying, cement, foundry, chemicals or a comparable heavy processing environment.

• Exposure to material or product testing, or to a QC / QA function, is preferred but not mandatory where plant supervision experience is strong.

• Experience supervising a mixed local and foreign workforce is an advantage.

• Candidates from the Klang / Port Klang / Selangor area preferred for retention.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mineral / Chemical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering, Applied Science or a related discipline. Strong practical plant experience will be considered in place of a formal qualification.

• Computer literate — MS Excel, email, and comfortable entering data into CRM / ERP systems.

• Bahasa Malaysia and English; able to communicate with a mixed local and foreign workforce.

• Malaysian citizen or holder of a valid right to work in Malaysia.
