Responsibilities
- Ensure strict compliance with safe work procedures and safety policies at all times.
- Coordinate, supervise, and monitor site workers and subcontractors.
- Must be willing and able to work weekends and night shifts as required by project schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and workplace safety standards.
- Maintain high standards of construction workmanship and quality control.
- Monitor and track project schedules to ensure timely completion of works.
- Interpret construction drawings and perform accurate site material calculations.
- Liaise with Quantity Surveyors (QS) to monitor progress, claims, and variation orders (VOs).
- Identify, manage, and resolve on-site issues effectively and promptly.
- Report site progress, issues, and updates to the Project Manager.
