Responsibilities
Coordinate structural steel projects from fabrication to site installation.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
Coordinate drawings, submissions, material orders, deliveries and project documentation.
Monitor project schedules, fabrication progress and site activities.
Follow up on structural steel fabrication, delivery and erection works.
Assist with inspections, measurements, testing and rectification works.
Track project issues, outstanding items and action points.
Assist the Project Manager with reports, meetings, claims and variations.
Support project handover, defects rectification and close-out.
Requirements
Diploma or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience in structural steel or construction projects preferred.
Basic knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection and installation.
Able to read and understand construction and structural drawings.
Good coordination, communication and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Able to work independently and coordinate with project and site teams.
Willing to work on construction sites when required.
