Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide insurance quotations and process motor insurance applications, renewals, cancellations and issuance of insurance documents.

Ensure proper documentation, records and filing upon issuance.

Attend to emails and phone enquiries from customers

Following up with existing clients for policy renewals.

Update and maintain accurate customer database.

Support team on renewal activities such as generating monthly renewal invitations.

Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
