Hiring: Assistant Manager – Mechanical Engineering (Data Centre Projects)

Location: Singapore (Supporting APAC Regional Projects)

Are you an experienced Mechanical / Building Services Engineer ready to take full ownership of critical infrastructure design and site quality?

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineering specialist to oversee external MEP consultants and monitor site construction across high-spec data centre projects in the APAC region.

What You’ll Do:

• Review and approve MEP consultants' designs, ensuring all HVAC and plumbing engineering calculations meet group standards.

• Assist the Project Manager / Site Delivery Manager with site management and construction quality control.

• Monitor ongoing site construction activities to ensure facilities comply with data centre specifications.

• Support testing, commissioning (T&C), final project handover, and development of operational SOPs.

What You’ll Need:

• 4–6+ years in building services design and construction project delivery (data centre experience preferred).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (Chartered Engineer preferred).

• Strong HVAC design software skills (e.g., IES), plus working knowledge of Electrical HV/LV distribution systems.

• Familiarity with Uptime / TIA standards, with strong written and spoken English communication skills.
