Responsibilities
Job Descriptions:
Perform servicing, maintenance & troubleshooting of air-conditioning systems.
Installation of air-conditioning systems (eg. FCU).
Perform testing and commissioning of air conditioning systems.
Supervise and ensure proper installation works done by the sub-contractors.
On-site preventive servicing & maintenance of air con.
Attend complaint related to Building air conditioning systems and ventilation works.
Diagnose and repair of air-conditioning systems.
Troubleshooting defective air-conditioning systems and equipment to identify the root cause and replacement of component.
Improve air quality and optimize efficiency by cleaning cooling coil (Chemical Wash & Overhaul Cleaning)
Feasibility pre-installation design proposal as well as installation works.
Submission of report of servicing & maintenance functions.
Supervise and ensuring all works compliance with appliance standards and Health and Safety Act.
Any other duties as assigned by Manager.
Job Requirements:
NTC 2/3 or NITEC in Mechanical/ Electric/Building
Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities and implementing improvement works
Experience with Split Unit or VRV servicing
Immediate starter or within short notice period preferred
Must possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence

Our teams of highly qualified personnel and ground staff will oversee the smooth operation of all M&E and AV equipment at the premises we manage, coordinate with contractors to carry out regular pest control, housekeeping and compound cleaning works, landscaping and any building repair works and lastly all routine maintenance works including all air-conditioning, mechanical, fire protection, electrical, sanitary & plumbing and specialist systems.
