Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Manage structural steel projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
Oversee structural steel fabrication, delivery, erection and installation works.
Monitor project schedule, budget, manpower, materials and site progress.
Review drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
Ensure works meet quality, safety and contractual requirements.
Resolve technical and site issues and manage project risks and variations.
Lead project teams and manage project documentation, claims and handover activities.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in structural steel or construction projects.
Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection and installation.
Good understanding of structural drawings, specifications and construction processes.
Strong project management, communication and problem-solving skills.
Able to coordinate multiple parties and manage projects independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Familiarity with Singapore construction safety requirements is preferred.
